AREA ATTRACTIONS
Martinsville and Henry County are located on the southern border of Virginia just north of Greensboro, North Carolina. The area is part of Virginia's Piedmont with rolling hills and a mild 4 season climate. We enjoy small town or rural living with all the benefits of 2 major metropolitan centers available within an hours' drive. We have excellent health care facilities, excellent schools and lots of fun things to do nearby. Pictured above is Mabry Mill one of our area's most photographed attractions. Located along the Blue Ridge Parkway in neighboring Patrick County, the mill is a working model of those used by our ancestors.
